Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any activity, event, or program organized through KickOff Sports ApS (“KickOff”), I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:‍

Physical condition
 I declare that I am physically fit and able to participate in the activities I register for via KickOff, and that I have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

Compliance with rules
 I agree to comply with all applicable rules, guidelines, and terms for participation in any activity, including the rules of play, facility rules, and KickOff’s Code of Conduct. I will ensure that facilities, equipment, and surroundings are safe for participation and will refrain from joining if I believe there are unsafe conditions.

Assumption of risk
 I understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves risks of injury, including serious injury.

These risks may arise from:

My own actions or the actions/omissions of others,
The condition of facilities or equipment,
Weather conditions,
The skills, abilities, or behavior of other participants.

I accept that I participate at my own risk, and acknowledge that KickOff cannot eliminate these risks.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Danish law, I waive KickOff Sports ApS, its employees, partners, sponsors, and owners of facilities used for activities, from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred in connection with my participation. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or intent by KickOff.

Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KickOff Sports ApS from any third-party claims resulting from my participation in activities organized through KickOff.

Medical treatment
I consent to reasonable first aid or medical treatment if deemed necessary during an activity.

Photo, video, and content
 I grant KickOff the right to use photos, video, or audio recordings of me participating in activities for marketing, communication, or documentation purposes, without separate compensation.

Communication
 By registering, I consent to receive SMS or push notifications related to my booked activities (e.g., reminders, changes, or cancellations). These are service messages, not marketing. I may opt out at any time in the app settings.

Code of Conduct

KickOff is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment. All participants must act respectfully, ethically, and in a sportsmanlike manner.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.
Violent, threatening, or disrespectful conduct towards participants, officials, or staff.
Deliberately unsafe or reckless play.
Breach of facility rules (e.g., alcohol, smoking, illegal substances).
Misuse of the app, false profile information, or fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in:

Warning
Temporary or permanent suspension without refund
Police report in severe cases

KickOff reserves the right to update the Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

By using the KickOff app and participating in activities, I agree to the above terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled before the courts of Denmark.
